Professional background
I am an Associate in Fieldfisher's Data & Privacy team, having qualified into the team in March 2023 after training at Fieldfisher.
I work with clients from a wide range of sectors, from finance to software, telecoms to media. My experience covers both technology and data protection; I advise clients on the ever-changing area of data protection and regulation, including international intra-group agreements, transfer impact assessments, privacy compliance requirements and data mapping processes, and also on technology-focused commercial contracts such as licensing, outsourcing and SaaS agreements. I have spent time on secondment to clients such as SAP and Bidvest Noonan, and value getting to spend time with their businesses.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked in television and online production management and legal and business affairs. As part of my training contract, I spent six months on secondment with Paramount where I chiefly worked on commissioning and licensing agreements for Channel 5. I have also spent time on secondment with other clients and value getting to spend time with their businesses.
