I have recently been very active in alternative finance, helping clients to implement Fintech solutions for supply chain finance, marketplace lending and trade receivables transactions.

I have advised on securitisation transactions covering a wide range of assets, including trade receivables, personal loans, auto loans, RMBS, CMBS, CRE leases, CDOs, distressed debt and project bonds. I also advise on derivatives, structured products and repo transactions. My wider banking and finance experience includes rescue financing, CRE lending, acquisition finance, project finance and fund finance as well as debt sales.

I am ranked  in Chambers' list of leading individual Banking & Finance Lawyers in London (2017 Edition)  which states that I "undertake the full gamut of financing transactions with a strong track record for offering high-quality advice in the area of securitisation and receivables finance". I am also recommended for Debt Capital Markets in Legal 500 (2017 Edition).
