I have particular expertise in resolving complex site assembly and planning issues, joint ventures and forward sales.
Currently I am advising on a new settlement of circa 300 homes on a former airfield; advising the developer of the world renowned Cambridge Bio Medical Campus; advising an international paint and chemical manufacturer in connection with the enhancing packing and disposal of a portfolio of redundant sites to maximise value and minimise liabilities.
I am described in legal 500 as “Technically Excellent”.
I am a member of the British Nordic Lawyers association and an active member of the Swedish Chambers of Commerce.
I enjoy mountain climbing, and cooking meals with the produce grown in my garden whenever I have a spare moment!
