Professional background

I am particularly experienced in acting for Claimants in high value professional negligence claims against solicitors and accountants, breach of contract disputes, reputation management and challenging UK and EU sanctions.  Many of my clients have links to MENA countries and I am experienced in litigating in foreign Courts such as the Qatari QICDRC.
 
I am also experienced in addressing urgent applications for injunctive relief, claims for unlawful means conspiracy and fraud and compliance investigations.
