Professional background

As an employment lawyer, I have extensive experience advising companies and professionals across a wide range of sectors. I have participated in numerous restructuring and collective bargaining processes and regularly defend my clients’ interests in legal proceedings before the Social Jurisdiction and the Labour Inspectorate. My high level of expertise has also enabled me to provide legal support to companies in the hiring of senior executives and in commercial transactions both nationally and internationally.

Thanks to my linguistic skills and my ability to work in English, French and German, I have been able to handle many international and cross-border matters. My advanced studies at the University of Essex (LLB) and Paris Ouest (MaƮtrise en Droit) have also given me a solid foundation for advising foreign companies operating in Spain with the highest level of precision.

My passion for law has led me to pursue an academic career as well, teaching at La Salle University and delivering seminars and training sessions on various employment-law matters both in Spain and abroad.

Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked in the employment law departments of Garrigues and Roca Junyent.
