Professional background

Professional background

I advise clients on the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights, and have worked on cases both in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court and the Intellectual Property List of the High Court. While I have experience of a wide range of IP rights, my focus is on copyright, trade marks and passing off.

I work with clients across a broad spectrum of industries, though I have particular knowledge of the media and entertainment sector. Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked in the IP team at a global film studio and at a television production company. I have also spent time on secondment from Fieldfisher at a large media conglomerate.

I am a member of IPSoc (the society for junior IP practitioners) and AIPPI UK (the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
