My main areas of practice
My expertise lies in the representation in complex legal disputes, particularly in the area of Corporate Law. I have extensive experience in high stakes shareholder disputes and post-transaction litigation.

Furthermore, I advise clients in corporate law and in M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions as well in the company successions. Thus, I do have the experience in both, negotiating and formulating agreements as well as in enforcement if necessary.

A further focus of my work is advising private individuals in all wealth-related matters.

My clients range from multinational corporations to family-owned enterprises and private individuals. For each client, I develop tailormade solutions to address their individual needs in the specific situation. The aim is always to find a sustainable and fair solution.

I advise my clients in German and English.

My background
I studied law at the Ludwigs-Maximilians University in Munich.

Before I joined Fieldfisher in 2017, I have been in a boutique law firm, specialized on Venture Capital and Private Client.
