Professional background

I work on a wide range of high value commercial disputes involving both individuals and corporate entities across multiple jurisdictions, across sectors including the financial services, creative arts and global manufacturing industries.

My recent and current work for clients include:

  • Representing a global corporation on a cartel damages claims relating to the automotive sector at the Competition Appeal Tribunal;
  • Acting for an international art collector in a professional negligence claim against a leading auction house;
  • Acting for a company director in an alleged conspiracy claim involving hotel businesses;
  • Advising Middle Eastern clients in a breach of contract / consumer claim arising out of bespoke guns which were defective and which had been designed and produced in Austria; and
  • Advising beneficiaries over a dispute on trust proceeds in the Qatar Financial Centre.
I joined Fieldfisher as a trainee solicitor in 2019 and was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2021.  Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked at several international law firms in London, interned at the Securities Commission Malaysia, and undertook judge marshalling at the Royal Courts of Justice and the Central Criminal Court in London.

I am a member of the Queen Mary Legal Advice Centre and supervise law students on pro bono cases involving contract and consumer law.

I speak fluent English and Mandarin Chinese, as well as conversational Cantonese and Malay. In my spare time, I enjoy the theatre and comedy shows. I also love travelling and immersing myself in different cultures, history and of course trying out local cuisines!
