1 October - don't forget...

The National Minimum Wage rates also increase from 1 October 2011:

• The main rate for workers aged 21 and over will increase to £6.08;
• The rate for workers aged 18 to 20 will increase to £4.98;
• The rate for workers aged 16 to 17 will increase to £3.68; and
• The apprentice rate will increase to £2.60.
