Uber case back before the Tribunal

The long awaited decision as to whether Uber drivers in this country are self-employed could be made tomorrow.

A test case to determine whether Uber drivers are workers or self-employed continues at the Employment Tribunal tomorrow.

Drivers believe that they should be entitled to holiday and sick pay as workers. If they are classed as being self-employed their claims will fail.

A decision will be the latest legal ruling in a run of international litigation being faced by the company.
