Article in The Guardian: How would Brexit affect EU patent protection?

David Knight quoted in The Guardian article on the effect of a Brexit on EU patent protection.

On 23 June 2016, Britain will vote on whether to remain in the EU. If the majority votes to leave the EU, it will be a vote for a Brexit. 

I provided comments for an article which has been published in The Guardian today discussing how a Brexit might affect EU patent protection. I have been quoted throughout the piece, alongside a partner from law firm Bristows and the president of the EPO, Benoît Battistelli.
