My colleague Hannah Jackson recently posted a blog on the call for evidence initiated by the UK Ministry of Justice.
Belgium is one of the latest of Member States to launch a similar public consultation.
If you have comments on or concerns about the proposed new framework, this is an excellent opportunity to voice them and in doing so, to participate directly in the shaping of the new Data Protection framework.
