Professional background
I am a lawyer with more than six years of experience in consultancy on personal data protection, privacy, and information society and e-commerce services. I provide legal advice to medium-sized and large companies in the telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and technology sectors, as well as to NGOs, both nationally and internationally.
With a clear focus on personal data protection, I guide clients through the process of adapting their organisations to current regulatory and legal requirements, also performing the duties of a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
I hold a Law degree from the University of Barcelona, a Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, and a Master’s Degree in Digital Law and the Information Society from the Institut de Formació Contínua – IL3 (University of Barcelona). I am a practising member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
