I advise both French and foreign companies and funds on company law, contract law and criminal business law, private equity, venture capital, and investments.

I have a strong university background with a Master's degrees in Business Law and Tax Law from the University of Paris II - Assas and I was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1989.

I worked previously for Gide Loyrette Nouel and then with Dubarry Le Douarin Veil before joining Fieldfisher in 2007. 

My native language is French and I am fluent in English and Spanish.
