I am a Solicitor in the Real Estate department based in Dublin.
 
I specialise in the acquisition, sale and leasing of both residential and commercial property.
 
I am experienced in acting for lenders, local authorities and approved housing bodies in both acquisitions and sales of properties for social housing purposes and under the Mortgage-to-Rent scheme.
 
I am also experienced in advising owners' management companies on apartment leasing and recovery of service charges.
 
I also act for lenders in providing facilities for investment properties, which involves reviewing and drafting security documentation, providing title reports and advising on qualifications of title.
 
I adopt a pragmatic approach to the conveyancing process and aim to provide clear and concise advice to my clients.
