Professional background


I specialise in the investigation and presentation of cases for hearing before professional conduct committees of regulatory bodies. I am also involved in the provision of advices to regulatory bodies in relation to all aspects of their statutory functions, as well as in relation to their practice and procedures.
 
Prior to joining the firm, I worked and trained in-house with a multinational pharmaceutical company. I was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2020.

Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly has secured Government approval to draft amending legislation to the Assisted Human Reproduction Act (the "Act"), which was signed into law on 02 July 2024. Minister Donnelly sought Government approval for the legislation in conjunction with the Minister for Justice and the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth.
