Fieldfisher is proud to announce our role in advising Centric 360 on its acquisition of Waterford-based managed services company HCS. This milestone transaction marks the continuation of a strong partnership between Fieldfisher and Centric 360 owners Pamela Farrell and Brian Larkin, following their sale of Evros Technologies to Eir in 2021 for €80 million.
Centric 360, an investment company owned by Ms. Farrell and Mr. Larkin, has acquired HCS for an undisclosed amount. This strategic move aligns with Centric 360’s ambitious plans to invest in and expand HCS, enhancing its service offerings and scaling its workforce to fuel further growth.
With three offices in Waterford, Dublin, and Cork, HCS employs 50 people and is projected to achieve a turnover of €8 million this year. Under new ownership, the company aims to target larger enterprises in addition to its current client base of SMEs and midmarket organizations.
