My goal is to ensure clarity and confidence throughout every transaction, acting as a trusted adviser who adds value beyond the legal documentation. I strive to become a client’s “go to” adviser by delivering a personal, hands-on approach to each client’s needs.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I co-founded and led a corporate law practice that achieved a top-three national ranking for M&A deal volume in 2025 (Experian Market IQ).
I am ranked in the 2025 edition of the Chambers Global Guide as a leading lawyer in Corporate/M&A – Ireland.
