Child Rights International Network

Child Rights International Network (CRIN) press for the protection of children's rights across the globe using research and policy. A survey found that young people believe that the top priority for the European Union should be protecting the environment and fighting climate change. With young people at the forefront of environmental activism, our multi-office collaboration on the Children's Access to Environmental Justice project contributes to protecting and examining young people's environmental rights.

Lawyers from Fieldfisher's Brussels, Dublin, and London offices have been collaborating with CRIN on their access to environmental justice for children in the EU project. It has been a fantastic opportunity to work with our European colleagues on pressing and everchanging legal issues that will affect present and future generations of young people in Europe. It has been rewarding to leverage the knowledge of specialist lawyers within our European network and in the process, develop new relationships and friendships.
