Welcome to the latest issue of Fieldfisher's Charity Update.

We are also pleased to introduce a new member of the Fieldfisher Charities team, Aarti Gupta. Aarti is a Consultant working with charity clients nationwide. She has been practising as a charity lawyer for over 18 years and worked as general counsel for registered charity Mencap for just under 10 years, before returning to private practice as a Consultant. She has worked with a number of Boards of Trustees on strategic and organisational reviews, and has provided regular training to the senior leadership team of a large international children's charity in the UK.
