In the health sector, I advise many mutual and not for profit businesses which provide services to the NHS and have advised on the governance and structuring of many health businesses.

I also advise many charities and not for profits, especially those which carry on a regulatory function.

I have particular expertise in advising on structuring and implementing business-critical projects and major change programs. This includes advising on the establishment, restructuring, and transformation of new businesses, sales and divestments, partnerships, joint ventures, other collaborative arrangements and creating new governance and constitutional structures.

I have extensive experience of advising public sector bodies on a wide range of ground breaking projects over the years, ranging from the establishment of Transport for London to restructuring the National Physical Laboratory and Investors in People.
