Fieldfisher advises mac Holding GmbH / management consult Dr. Eisele & Dr. Noll ("management consult") on the acquisition of rc – research & consulting GmbH

management consult from Mannheim, a portfolio company of the German-Dutch financial investor Rhein Invest from Amstelveen near Amsterdam, acquires 100 percent of the shares in rc - research & consulting GmbH ("rc") based in Bielefeld. The sellers are the two founders Katrin Brüggemann-Helmold and Dirk Helmold as well as Ingo Sander. The transaction was advised on the buy side by a Fieldfisher team led by Slaven Kovacevic.
 
rc is a market research provider specialised in market research for private national and international groups, companies and state-owned organisations. The company has a full-service approach and provides its clients with comprehensive advice in the field of market research from a single source. With the acquisition of rc, management consult is pushing ahead with the creation of a strong market research group. The parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality about the transaction volume.

The purchaser was legally advised by a Fieldfisher team led by Slaven Kovacevic on all legal aspects in connection with the transaction documentation. Slaven Kovacevic joined Fieldfisher as Counsel on 1 April 2023 and regularly advises on private equity/M&A transactions. He transferred the mandate to Fieldfisher from his previous unit, where he already comprehensively advised the transaction on all relevant aspects on the buyer side.
