The Francheville Périgord Santé, which has been owned for over a century by family shareholders, now generates sales of more than €60m through its three establishments in the Dordogne: the Hôpital Privé Francheville, the La Lande rehabilitation centre and the Le Verger des Balans psycho-geriatric care centre, making it the leading private healthcare group in the region.
This sale will enable it to continue its growth and become part of the GBNA Santé group, which generates sales of nearly €300m with nine healthcare establishments in the Nouvelle Aquitaine region. GBNA Santé is backed by UI investissement and GeneoCapital.
Philippe Netto, M&A partner in charge of the deal, Marion Cressely-Deneuville, counsel, and Salomé Khanoyan, associate, were involved in all stages of the sale, accompanied by Anne-Laure-Hélène des Ylouses, partner, on the competition side, and Julia Mohamed, partner, on the employment side.
Philippe Netto, head of the Corporate, M&A and Private Equity department, comments: "We are delighted to have assisted the shareholders of Groupe Francheville Périgord Santé with the sale of their shares. This case illustrates our ability to advise and assist shareholders in family groups with their disposal plans.
