Fieldfisher advises NBK – FRANCE on the refinancing of OSMOSE

Fieldfisher France's Finance department advised NBK - FRANCE on the refinancing of OSMOSE, a commercial property located in Arcueil, 15 minutes from the center of Paris. The building designed to meet the highest social and environmental standards, and in particular offers 2,100 m² of outdoor space, including 1,000 m² of gardens and balconies. It has been awarded BREEAM 'Very Good', NF HQE 'Excellent', Effinergie + and WIRED Score Platinum certifications.

The Fieldfisher France team was led by partner Hélène Lefebvre, supported by associate Adrien Dubois. They advised NBK - France on all stages of the structuring of this refinancing through to closing.
