Fieldfisher re-brands its trading solutions arm as Fieldfisher Trading Legal Solutions

European law firm Fieldfisher has rebranded its Belfast trading solutions arm to Fieldfisher Trading Legal Solutions (tls). The rebrand reflects a more integrated approach to market delivery and enhanced outcome reporting, which aligns with the evolving expectations of our clients.

Previously known as Donaldson Legal Consulting LLP (DLC), the wholly owned subsidiary of Fieldfisher was founded by Alison Donaldson in 2005. It provided financial trading documentation negotiation and associated services to a fast-growing roster of financial institutions, corporations and asset managers. This includes the negotiation of financial legal documents, including ISDA master agreements, commodity agreements, master repurchase agreements, master securities lending agreements, brokerage documentation and NDAs from a nearshore location.
