I am an active airline pilot and a flight, ground and air law instructor, with more than ten years of operational experience in various flag carriers and aviation schools.
This background gives me a broad and precise understanding of the aviation industry, allowing me to fully appreciate the idiosyncrasies and challenges faced by companies and organisations in the sector, and to approach each matter with greater insight and confidence.
I also have more than ten years of experience as a lawyer in international law firms, specialising in aviation and employment law (litigation, contracting, agreement negotiation, restructuring, regulatory proceedings, sanctions, ongoing advisory work, etc.). I have had the opportunity to advise airlines and aeronautical companies — including Spanair — as well as international training schools and aerial work operators.
