After several years of experience as House Counsel in a major company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, I have been practising for over 30 years as a lawyer with specialisation in Corporate and M&A. 

Over the years I have assisted numerous Italian industrial companies also listed on the Stock Exchange, investment funds and other investors, as well as important multinational companies in contractual and corporate matters, especially in M&A transactions. 

I have been member of supervisory bodies and control bodies, independent director in important local and international companies, speaker at various conferences and author of articles for specialised magazines and business newspapers.
