My recent transactional experience involves:

• advising on the implementation of a capital reduction demerger for a family-owned business to separate the trading group and its real estate;
• advising the shareholders of an owner-managed accountancy practice on the sale to a private equity backed buyer;
• advising on the sale of an owner-managed communications solutions business to a national acquiror;
• advising the management team in relation to the acquisition of a leisure business; and
• advising on the implementation of a management buyout for an industrial business.
