I advise on multidisciplinary civil pre-litigation and litigation cases (tort and contractual liability) and commercial disputes between companies and/or individuals, corporate law disputes (post-acquisition of companies, shareholders' disputes, disputes between shareholders and managers, managers' liability), disputes related to distressed LBO transactions, as well as insolvency proceedings and amicable settlement of companies' difficulties.
I hold a Master 2 degree in Business and Economic law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Before joining Fieldfisher in Paris, I spent five years as an associate in the Civil/Commercial litigation department at Pech de Laclause, Bathmanabane et Associés law firm (PBA), and prior to that, I completed internship at Cabinet Linklaters LLP.
I was admitted to the Paris bar in 2015.
I speak both French and English.
