With more than 20 years’ experience in corporate restructuring and finance, he has extensive expertise in bankruptcy procedures, including assistance to investment funds, notably as concerns investments in difficulty, liability risk prevention, transfer and acquisition, assistance to debtors and creditors in operations of restructuring, collective and amicable proceedings, assistance in acquisition of companies in difficulty, and business litigation, notably in matters of transfer, acquisition, guarantee of assets and liabilities, management and shareholder liability.
