Professional background

I advise clients on a variety of UK and EU competition law matters, including multi-jurisdictional and UK merger control, investigations, abuse of dominance, and compliance with competition law. I work with clients across diverse sectors and assist UK and international businesses and investors navigating through the UK’s National Security and Investment regime.

I have represented clients in high-profile litigation in the Competition Appeal Tribunal, High Court and Court of Appeal. I have a particular interest in the regulation of technology, energy and media, and have contributed to legal publications on intellectual property and competition law.

During my training at Fieldfisher, I have gained a broad legal experience working in the competition law, dispute resolution, intellectual property, and M&A teams.
