I have extensive experience of communications regulation and I have been closely involved in many of the key developments in the communications sector over the past 15 years, including local loop unbundling, the spectrum auctions and mobile call termination charges. Of particular note, I acted for the UK mobile phone operator Orange on numerous regulatory investigations and litigation before the Competition Commission, the Competition Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal in connection with mobile call termination charges and mobile number portability.
I also advised Vodafone on the EU merger clearance aspects of its ground-breaking mobile advertising and payments joint venture with other mobile operators EE and Telefonica UK, now known as Weve.
I am named as a leading individual in the Chambers UK Legal Directory in both competition/european law (band 4) and telecommunications (band 2).
I am a member of the Law Society's Competition Section and the Competition Law Association.
I write regularly for legal and industry journals and speak at conferences on competition, telecoms and procurement matters

In my spare time, I can be found running, cycling and spending time with my family, but mostly the latter.
