Professional background

I provide practical and risk-based advise to clients ranging from start-ups to multinationals in various sectors (mostly tech businesses) with a particular focus on data compliance (including GDPR and CCPA compliance). I also have experience leading and project managing multi-jurisdictional projects.

I am admitted to practice in Spain and the State Bar of California. I hold an LL.M. Law & Technology from the University of Berkeley, California (Dean's List). I am a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and a Certified Information Privacy Professional in the U.S. (CIPP/US). I am part of Fieldfisher's Artificial Intelligence and ESG groups.

Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked as an associate at a leading European law firm in Spain, and did a secondment at a large multinational corporation supporting their privacy and digital legal services teams.
