Professional background

I advise clients on a range of EU and UK competition law matters, including multi-jurisdictional and UK merger control, investigations, abuse of dominance, subsidy control and competition law compliance.  I also advise UK and foreign business and investor clients on navigating the UK's National Security and Investment regime.
 
I work closely with clients across a broad range of sectors, including aerospace, construction, real estate and retail.
 
I have also spent time on secondment at a leading supplier to the UK’s building and construction industry.
