Beth Thompson

I have represented Core Participants in high-profile Public Inquiries, such as the Manchester Arena Bombing and Grenfell Tower Inquiries, and I am also part of the Inquiry Legal Team for two ongoing Inquiries. I have represented organisations in Coronial Inquest proceedings, including those involving particularly distressing circumstances, such as acts of terrorism and workplace suicides. Additionally, I have represented clients during criminal investigations arising from workplace fatalities and hold a Lead Accident Investigator qualification from the Institute of Industrial Accident Investigators.

Recognised by the Legal 500 for my expertise in health and safety in the North West, I am particularly noted for my work on Public Inquiries, Inquests, and health and safety aspects of the security industry.
