My main areas of practice
A particular focus of my work is advising on national and cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures as well as in the area of private equity and venture capital.

In addition, I advise on national and cross-border restructurings, corporate disputes and directors' and officers' liability.

Our clients include national and international corporations, financial institutions, private equity funds and high net worth individuals, in particular from the Payment, Technology, Chemical, Automotive and Healthcare sectors.

I advise our clients in German, English and Albanian.

My background
During my studies and legal clerkship, I worked as a research assistant and trainee lawyer at international corporate law firms and for an international energy company.

Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked as a lawyer in a German corporate law firm.
