My main areas of practice
My practice focuses on cross-border transactions as well as private equity and venture capital mandates.

In addition, I regularly advise on restructuring projects, reorganisations and corporate disputes as well as in the area of directors' and officers' liability.

Many of the transactions I advise on have a cross-border element or a high degree of structuring complexity. I also cover fundraising processes and the implementation of employee participation programmes.

My clients include national and international corporations, financial institutions, private equity funds and private clients, especially from the Payment, Technology and Automotive industries as well as the Healthcare sector.

I advise my clients in German and English.

Personal engagement
I have been a member of Fieldfisher's supervisory board since 2018 and head of the Corporate Practice Group in Germany since 2022.

My background
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked for law firms in Germany, New York and London since my admission to the bar in 2003.
