Professional background
My main areas of practice include providing ongoing corporate advice to both public and private entities, national and international corporate reorganisations, M&A transactions, project finance, debt restructuring and refinancing. I also have experience drafting and negotiating national and international contracts for business groups across various sectors, both in their day-to-day operations and in potential restructuring or expansion plans.
I have extensive experience supporting and advising partners and shareholders —both majority and minority— as well as corporate governing bodies and legal departments in the day-to-day management of companies. In this regard, I have had the opportunity to advise the governing bodies of major cooperatives and companies listed on BME Growth.
