Cassandre Guéry

I obtained a master's degree specialising in tax law and a master's degree in law specialising in economic and social at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (the "ULB").

I mainly advise in sectors with a particular focus on large groups, financial services and real estate, and act in related administrative and judicial litigation. More specifically, I specialise in the complex taxation of multinationals, including business model restructurings, transfer pricing (functional and economic analysis) as well as mergers and acquisitions (and similar transactions). I also have experience in regional taxation.

Since October 2022, I am an assistant at the ULB in charge of practical classes for the general tax law course.

I am French-speaking and work fluently in Dutch and English. I have notions of Spanish.
