Conor Folan

I advise our clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial issues, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and corporate governance. In particular, my experience includes negotiation of share and asset purchase agreements, due diligence processes, supply and distribution agreements, IP licensing agreements, standard terms and conditions, outsourcing and service level agreements, share option schemes, shareholder agreements, new incorporations, group restructurings, constitutional documents, finance and security arrangements, directors duties and ancillary corporate matters. 

I also work in the firm’s Renewable Energy team. In that role I assist with the corporate elements of project finance for renewable energy developments, as well as sales and acquisitions of operational projects. The team advises Irish and international clients on mid to large-scale transactions with a particular emphasis on representing wind farm developers, solar developers and service providers.

Before joining the firm, I worked as in-house legal counsel and prior to that I trained with one of Ireland’s big six domestic law firms.
