Professional background

I am a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team. I advise both domestic and international businesses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements and restructurings. I also advise companies and directors on corporate governance issues, the application of the Companies Act and the duties and obligations of directors.

In addition, I am member of our Banking and Finance team. I have acted for developers, investors and funders on the financing, acquisition and disposal of a number of energy projects and portfolios in Ireland, with a particular focus on renewable energy.

I was admitted as a Solicitor in Ireland in 2018 and was awarded a Diploma in Finance Law from the Law Society of Ireland the same year. I also hold a Diploma in International Investment Funds from the Law Society of Ireland and a BA in Geography, Planning and Environmental Policy from UCD.
