My main areas of practice
I specialise in all corporate tax matters and issues relating to international tax law. I advise our clients from a tax law perspective, primarily on M&A and real estate transactions as well as tax-optimised restructurings.

In addition, I have experience in advising wealthy private individuals on tax law, in particular with regard to tax voluntary disclosures and inheritance tax planning.

I advise our clients in German and English.

My background
I studied law at the University of Hamburg and completed my legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg.

Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked in other (international) commercial law firms and a BIG4 consulting firm in the field of tax law during my studies and parallel to my legal clerkship.

I was admitted to the bar in 2024.
