Dilek Kaya

I specialise and advise in general banking, finance and restructuring matters. I advise national and international clients, including banks and other financial institutions, private equity firms and other funds on drafting and negotiating financing documents.

Before joining Fieldfisher, I have worked at NatWest Markets as Corporate Governance Officer & Regulatory Advisor. I was responsible for implementing and strengthening the corporate governance framework of the bank and ensuring the bank's compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

I have also worked at an international law firm as candidate civil law notary for more than 6 years. I was responsible for leading, coordinating, advising and drafting all matters of international corporate law.
