I specialise in and advise on banking and finance matters and products, which vary from all kinds of finance transactions, loans, investments, real estate funds and securities to corporate restructurings and transactions.

In cross-border transactions, I have broad experience in combining the laws of several jurisdictions to ensure projects succeed.

My clients are drawn from a range of sectors, including technology, retail, real estate, manufacturing, insurance companies, health sector and financial services.

My experience in the financial sector and as a board member of pension funds, has equipped me with insight into how to approach particularly complicated challenges.

Next to my work in the banking and finance practice, I'm also experienced and skilled in (legal) tech, for example as a board member of IT-Notaris (Dutch legal IT specialist association) and another legal blockchain project.

Once per month I'm also acting as a deputy judge for the Geschillencommissie (disputes committee).
