I provide ongoing advice to managers and board members, especially pertaining to the identification, prevention and defence of risks of liability (Corporate Compliance). Furthermore I advise issuers, investors and persons discharging managerial responsibility on all topics of capital market law (Capital Market Compliance).

In addition I focus on strategic and conceptual advice in the context of the implementation of manager and employee bonus plans.

A core area of my work is the support and organization of shareholders' meetings of listed and unlisted companies (Corporate Housekeeping). In this context I advise strategically and conceptually not only on amendments of the statutes, capital increases, issuance of participating certificates and convertible bonds, share buyback programmes but also on group law topics and corporate restructuring, in particular on mergers and changes of corporate form, e.g. in a Societas Europaea (SE).

Moreover I advise clients in corporate law suits, particularly in recission and nullification proceedings pertaining shareholders resolutions, or in proceedings pertaining shareholder compensation claims as well as in liability and damage suits.

I am working as a Partner with the Dusseldorf and Frankfurt offices of Fieldfisher. Before that I worked with a law firm specialised on commercial law in Cologne.
