My main areas of practice
With over 12 years of experience, I advise in particular on digital commerce, AI systems, SaaS and PaaS solutions and smart devices.
Our clients include both established (international) companies and start-ups. I also advise platform providers in particular on Media and Copyright Law.
I advise our clients in German and English.
Personal engagement
I am a member of the German Association for the Protection of Industrial Property and Copyright (GRUR).
Furthermore, I am a lecturer in Media Law at the Tide Academy and regularly give talks on AI issues and other topics.
My background
I studied law and musicology at the University of Hamburg and then completed a Master's degree (LL.M.) at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) on a DAAD scholarship. The University of Hamburg awarded me a doctorate for my dissertation thesis on a Copyright Law topic.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked for several years as a lawyer in well-known international Commercial Law firms in Hamburg.
