My main areas of practice
I have been working in the field of Data Protection since 1993 and have many years of experience - both in law firms and as in-house Counsel in the Technology industry.

My specialities are negotiations - whether with authorities or contracts - and complex projects. I am very active internationally, especially in the US-American region as well as for Asian companies, and have also worked for several years as a partner in our office in the USA (Silicon Valley).

I am the Data Protection Officer for a large number of companies in Germany and at EU level.

I am particularly familiar with Data Protection Law in some sectors: AdTech, Hardware, Automotive, Finance, Social Media, Telecommunications and Cloud Computing. 

As another area, I like to support new topics, advise the development in the area of Artificial Intelligence and digital services. Furthermore, I have been advising on IT contracts for many years and also accompany projects.

I advise my clients in German and English.

Personal engagement
I am a trained mediator and as such enjoy working on conflicts.
