A particular focus of my advice is in the area of Patent Law and the protection of know-how.
In addition, I advise on various aspects of technical property rights and Employee Invention Law in corporate transactions.
I advise our clients in German and English.

I am a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR).
My background
After my studies at the Universities of Bayreuth and Birmingham (UK), I completed my legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf, including at an international commercial law firm. I was awarded a doctorate from the University of Bayreuth in autumn 2015 on the topic of "Intellectual Property in Corporate Transactions".
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked for an international Commercial Law firm and a specialised Intellectual Property Law firm.
