This includes, in particular, advising on and conducting antitrust damages actions, merger control notifications to the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission as well as advising companies on compliance issues. I regularly advise on distribution antitrust issues in connection with research and development agreements as well as licensing agreements.

I advise our clients in German and English.
