My main areas of practice
I have been advising German and international companies for over ten years, specialising in the Automotive, Chemicals and Industrial Goods sectors. Due to my many years of advising various clients in these sectors, I am very familiar with all legal issues along the entire value chain - from procurement and production to sales and distribution.

My advice ranges from drafting and negotiating complex contracts to advising my clients on day-to-day operations.

My expertise includes, in particular, purchase and sales contracts, complex production and supply contracts, service, consultancy and maintenance contracts as well as the drafting of standard and model contracts.

In addition, I advise clients on long-term, cross-border technology co-operations and joint ventures.

A further focus of my work is advising clients on entering the German market, structuring and reorganising contractual relationships following the acquisition or sale of companies and implementing new business models.

I advise my clients in German and English.

My background
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked as a Commercial lawyer in other major international law firms.
